I have a new piece of art that I actually drew for one and I managed to scan it onto my computer so I could put it up here! Yeah!
Then my computer decided to be a prick and says my Pictures folder is empty. Which it's not. I've got at least 1500 photos in there. Can someone please help me? If it helps, my computer's an Asus touchscreen laptop with Windows 8.

Hey, everyone! *crickets* *poker face* I just wanted to say I almost never check my messages, but today I felt the sudden urge to do so, and in completing the action, I found that I've been awarded six Llama badges! I just wanted to thank those who gave them to me profusely (you know who you are), and to say I have absolutely no idea what I've done to deserve them, as I've posted precisely three pieces of art and one chapter of fanfic. My gallery will be expanding as soon as I figure out how on Earth to work the photocopier/scanner/printer/I-don't-know-what-else in my kitchen.

I got braces yesterday and there are two points I want to get across:
1) Ow. Ow. Ow. Ow.
2) Ibuprofen is my new best friend.

I'm feeling really sad and stupid right now!!!
I had this story going for the Literature section, probably about as long as your average full-length book chapter, and I was almost done. It'd been minimized for weeks, so I could save it and prevent it going away. Then, today, I logged on to this website called Howrse (quite fun), then I looked up at my list of tabs and I saw that deviantART was gone!  I freaked out and went to deviantART, only to discover that my story really was gone! I feel really, really, REALLY stupid right now!

Hiiii! This is my first journal...I've made a lot of firsts today!! You'll see a lot more hand-drawn things by me soon...as soon as I figure out how to work the scanner at my house... Oh well! See ya!
